247982 Unique Situation

Good day Scriptlance,

Here is my current situation. I have a website w i s c o c e n t r a l.com. The site as is is presentable. Thing is it is too sloppy. That is my fault.

When I initially came up with the idea I hired poor programmers to program all the different modules that are currently on the site. Once more money was available I made a post on GAF saying, the site is fine but I need clean up work. I hired someone for $600. I trusted this company to clean up the site and make all the links work, all the forms work etc. Thing is once he got involved with the site it was too big of a mess from the different amateur programmers who have worked on the site. Therefore the site became a bigger mess. So today I would like someone who understands what I am saying to send me a message to either 1) be capable of sifting through code and design to fix up the errors or 2) revamp the site in an urgent manner.

Also, my term is I will not pay until completion. I can not afford to make the same mistake as before. If you understand where I am coming from, I will be very happy to talk further. And if you do understand what my aim is, this will be a very long term, very, very profitable relationship.
