Excel VBA to match and change text color

On sheet one is similar to what our current sheet will look like, parts are first entered into column 1, at another stage they are entered into column 2, and at a final stage they are entered into column 3.
when a part is entered into column 2, i want the part ID in column 1 to change colors, and when a part is entered somewhere in column 3, the column 2 part id should change colors.
see the tabs on the attached xls, the first tab is what it currently looks like, the second tab is what is desired.
It will be nice to have this updated as data is entered/changed. but if needed we can do this on a refresh button and workbook open.
sometimes the part IDs are in the same cell with delimitters of "," or "/". this is shown in the sample file as well.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
