Helpdesk

I am a systems engineer and run the IT support for several small companies. I would like a help desk program running across the LAN. An example of what I am looking for can be found at: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] The user should be able to: log in with a name and password create a ticket set a priority for ticket delete a ticket they have created search for a specific ticket using either a number or keyword search the knowledge base The admin (me) should be able to: close off a ticket change ticket priority administer the knowledge base There should be a facility to send emails from the program to both the user and the admin. The site should be aesthetically pleasing and should display my company info/logo somewhere on the front page. I have placed this in the small business catagory as I saw a similar request already in this category. Regards Jim

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Should be able to work on all Windows Platforms and viewed on all current versions of IE and Firefox.
