Simple VHS to AVI project

I have a VHS from a few years ago of my and my family at Wisconsin Dells Bungee jumping. I'd like this to be online now and I don't have the equipment or software to do this I really want TWO things done. 1) I want the whole VHS ripped to an AVI (the video isn't long if I remember correctly, maybe a half hour?) 2) I want MY personal jump taken out and put into it's own AVI. And since I stalled a little bit, I'd like some of the time in the middle cut out so it's quite a bit shorter. Both should be easy for anyone with the equipment and any movie editing, right? I don't really know anything about VHS to computer but I'd like it in a pretty large screen format, not a tiny box. And anything you can do to make it crisper would be nice. I'd have to mail the VHS to you. This means you have to be in the US. And if the AVI is good, I probably don't need the VHS back and you can toss it. Though if I want it after the project, I'll send a few extra bucks for shipping back.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

AVI or another good format for this. You can either upload the AVI files here, to your web site, or burn them to a disc and mail them back to me
