website rebuild from scratch in HTML5

I have a website which works ok but needs completely rebuilt: [url removed, login to view]

I have found a wordpress theme which I think can be customised to suit.

I like the look of my current website and basically want the same visual look so there will be alot of customised changes to make the WP site look like the site I have now.

some changes required that come to mind :

-> WP site uses a jquery scroller which will need to be adapted to full page width.

-> Custom gif buttons at bottom rather than text links on the side. Add hover feature that work like [url removed, login to view]

-> Tiled background.

-> blog page added

-> customised contact page closer to the WP version is fine.

I will pay for the WP theme of course and give you the files.

I will pay a MILESTONE when you have the site working as a demo. You can withhold transferring the files until it's paid. I will not pay for an almost working working as I have been burnt before.

If you take on other work, miss the deadline and make the project late then I will NOT make the final payment. I need a freelancer who is committed to quality work delivered on time. Charge to do it properly. I want it 100% working and 100% quality, not 90%.
