Wordpress multisite simple alternative panel - repost 2

Hi guys, I need a simple alternative panel for Wordpress.

I do not need graphics, but only basic HTML and of course integration with the framework of WordPress Multisite made ​​to perfection.

I need an alternative panel for WordPress Multisite that allows basic login and logout.

Within this panel you have to make sure that the user can:

1-Choose a template (installed in wordpress and enabled by the admin).

2-Make sure that each widget of theme is a HTML widget editable through a WYSIWYG editor (I prefer that of wordpress if is possible).

3-Give a chance to enter a title, a description and additional fields (that I will list) that you can easily insert in the template with the variables.

Will be provided access to an SFTP server with WordPress multisite already installed and with the classic default themes.
