Make small changes to an existing website - Flash & HTML

I need someone to make small changes on a website as well as put it live and do the set up on my server. Must be familiar w/ [url removed, login to view] hosting/server. On the site: 1 - Delete a few buttons and add new ones 2 - Content set up (content will be provided) 3 - Add photos to pages w/ content 4 - Add animated gifs to pages (the animations are ready all you have to do is add) 5 - Add site pal (from [url removed, login to view]) 6 - Set up a page that has a series of games - you should provide backgroung for it. 7 - Insert new logo to the space of the old one + ad animation to logo (you would be responsible for doing the animation in Flash) 8 - change the size of one of the image on the kid's page: the buttons should be closer to the header of the page. 9 - Add photo gallery + Interactive map + login system (everything will be ready your job will be to put it on the right pages and with right links. There might be 2 or 3 other small changes for this site Your final task will be make sure that the whole site is working - Attached is the site which needs the changes - Thanks

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
