Minor Symfony error needs fixing - Urgent

Hi. I need a minor symfony error that needs fixing asap. Basically this is my website [url removed, login to view] and when people try to register or sign up they should get an automatic link for their username and password. If anyone can fix this I would be so happy... Thanks
