Requirements
We have an existing website that we need a function added to. We require a way that will allow our teachers to share upcoming exams with parents.
1: There are 6 subjects: Maths, English, Science, Arabic, Islamic, Social… we need the ability to add extra subjects or edit current subjects if needed.
2: We need all teachers(Users already in the system) to go to function area:
a) Select The grade (Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7 or Grade 8) (already in the system)
b) Select Class (A, B, C…..J) (already in the system)
c) Select Subject
d) Select Date of exam
e) Exam Marks Ready by date
3: Once completed Parent should be able to view and download a PDF version of the Class Exam schedule for all subjects… for example Grade 5A Exam Schedule with all subjects. Template Provided.
4: Once Teacher Submits their subject exams, this can only be changed by Head of Department user (New user to be created)
5: Admin(user already in the system) needs the ability to restrict the number of exam possible per day. So if admin wants they can say only one exam per class a day… or only 2 exams per day… this should stop teachers from added additional exams by giving them a message “Sorry, you can only have 1 exam per day for this class”
6: The field labels need to in English and Arabic – Translations provided.
7: This will be done each term. There are 3 terms per year. Admin needs the ability to set the Current Year and Current term.
8: when it comes to front end view.
a) Parents need to select the function from Menu. Then they will see and select from Grade 5 --- Grade 6 --- Grade 7 ---- Grade 8
b) They will see and select class eg… Grade 8A or Grade 8B…
c) They will view the Exam Schedule for that class and have the ability to download a PDF copy using the template we provide.
