Add a hard coded link to external website

Hi, we at Tagonce sell digital luggage tag. We have a website with WPML. Visitors can switch between Dutch ([login to view URL]) and English ([login to view URL]) language. We also have a German website: https://tagonce.de.

Currently we have in our top bar a dropdown menu where visitors can switch between Dutch and English. We want to add the German option in this dropdown, so that when somebody clicks on this he is directed to our German website. This needs to be done hard coded, because WPML doesn't have this option (at least that's what we know).
