Need an internal community network for one of our programs.
Here are our core requirements :
A closed network of community members where the participants signup on their own.
The portal should include the standard set of features of any social network (Profiles, Friend Requests, Notifications, Messaging etc )
All participants log in to enter a standard feed whose content is updated by an admin.
The content management system must be provided a clean, simple yet appealing UI/UX with the flexibility to create photo, video and event posts.
The network should also involve a calendar of events section.
Further, adding events to the calendar from the backend should be a straightforward process.
The network must offer the capability of creating multiple pages with customizable forms. The data from the form must be well segregated and must be easily downloadable in .xls format from the backend dashboard.
The portal must also enable downloading of all or a specific set of the data in the form of an excel sheet (Profiles, list of events, etc)
The ecosystem must be tamper proof and should deploy the latest security measures to prevent any attempt of a cyber attack.
The system must be flexible enough to be scaled in the future as and when new requirements emerge.
