Build modern PHP system to view database submissions

I have a webhosting company. I have a project ongoing where a car selling company wants a system to be build on a subdomain to view filled in registrations to sell their cars that are being stored by the "CF7 Database plugin" in Wordpress. See link: [login to view URL]
Each registration is added in the table with a unique ID. Which means the input information are able to be attached to the ID. The table is called "wpfp_cf7_data_entry", you can see the sample information of a registration in the attachments.
The dashboard needs to have a login page and needs to be deliverd with 2 admin accounts.
It needs to be modern looking like the examples added in the attachments.
Extra features that needs to be added to the dashboard:
- Able to add notes to a registration which is able to be saved and stored inside the database.
- Able to do sort registrations based on given price.
- Able to add a registration manually through the dashboard.
- Dropdown option to select if the car has been bought and/or sold
The database credentials are able to be provided, but need to stay secret with for example a seperate [login to view URL] file or any other way you find safe.
Projects needs to be finished before 1st of October.
