We would like to build a PHP system to crawl all the signal in this page:

There are 206 pages currently and will have new signal comes in everyday.
This is what individual signal page looks like:

The data we need to crawl and store in our database is all data in the signal page. The script needs to run on cron everyday to collect fresh data. This is the first phase of the project.
In the beginning of the project, you will first create database structure for us to review. And we proceed for the script.
Please propose in your bid, and you will need to confirmed that, we are able to crawl all data in the page and we are able to identify all data collected.
