I need to build an interactive questionnaire that pulls data from a database (this also needs creating) to guide users towards a particular product based on data they've entered/selected. This cannot be a straightforward checkbox 'all on one page' form and there are several layers of conditional logic that will dictate the outcome for the user.
I essentially want to create a questionnaire/quiz that recommends VR content/sites based on the input of the user responding to questions about various things, including: (these are not all of the questions/factors, obviously)
Whether or not they have a VR subscription already (Yes/No)
- if so, to which site. (from multi-select)
What headset they have
- if so which one (from a multi-thumb select)
Review rating (or whether that should be ignored)
SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH (monthly / quarterly / annually etc.)
Method of payment accepted
Interactive content support (yes/no)
etc
Open to suggestions on formatting, but I'd prefer it to be a walkthrough quiz/questionnaire type format with a recommended site at the end matching the criteria they've answered.
You'll need to be comfortable working with (midly) NSFW content too (nothing explicit really).
Suggestions for interesting formats this could be displayed in will be the deciding factor on bids!
