Build a Wordpress site

We need a quote to build a new website for a theatre. There will be two sections with CMS needed. One section for the plays were we need to upload pictures and videos from youtube, the information of the play and links to buy tickets in other sites. The other section will be a blog with newsfeed. Also there will be some commercial banners with links in the site that we need to change frequently, so that will have CMS too.
In the site we also need a play browser with some filters and a couple of sections with static information (information of the company, places to eat, candybar, etc..)
We will provide the design for the entire site.
Must be responsive - mobile first design and with the HTML tags for search engines.
