Content analysis and originality paper check tool

Need someone to write code that will detect plagiarism using google API. Users will copy and paste their text into a large textbox also user will able to apload pdf and word document files, then the code will return the amount of plagiarised text as a percentage, as well as highlighting plagiarised phrases (similar to turnitin, grammarly, etc). The code will also need to check spelling and grammar.
