Create Drupal template based on html template

We need to create a drupal template based on the popular html Themekit theme. We tried to adapt this template but many css and js things stop working as they should.

Necesitamos crear un template de Drupal basado en el tema ThemeKit que es completamente html. Tratamos de adaptar este template pero no logramos que funcionara adecuadamente. Varios CSS y JS dejaron de funcionar como deben.

Needs:
- Use main menu, and second menu to template menus.
- Sections in blocks:
- Left Side (User info),
- Header,
- Right Side (View with styles ready for a chat, contacts or something),
- Footer
- Prepare View for content.
