Create Static Pages and Other Maintenance in Magento 2

I need some help with the creation of static pages in my Magento 2 site, as well as helping with other routine maintenance items. To start, I need about 40 pages created. Exact specifications to be provided. They are all almost ditto copies of each other for SEO purposes, so once one is created, the rest are just small modifications after that.

Looking for someone long term. Must be able to complete this first task today though. Someone who is available on the weekends would also be great and preferred.
