Customize a Wordpress Theme and it's plugin styles

I built a Wordpress Page based on the "FLATSOME" Theme and a few plugins (Woocommerce, the "Progress-Map" Plugin as well as the "Out-of-the-box" Dopbox Integration)
I have a specific idea what the final result should look like:

I need someone with very good CSS skills to help me shape my page so it looks like the Adobe XD Demo.
The page must remain responsive and the Mobile View has to be both functional and good looking.
Thats why the job should be carried out by someone experiencend with a certain sense of style and design. I dont want to discuss every little detail in order to make the page look "right", i rather would like someone with an eye for design in order to achieve a "fitting" look. (for exmaple: the buttons should look the same thoughout the whole page, no matter if its a standard button or plugin element like the woocommerece buy button)
