Develop video encoding and packaging script compatible with DRM integration

1) Take input forwarded by PHP Laravel application to transcoder. Input could be any format or container.

2) Per Title encoding to determine best encoding ladder per content.

3) Encode and compress videos to various renditions to FHD, HD and SD qualities. using codecs (H.264, av1) with possibility to use H.265 when we decide to upgrade to H.265 for both VOD and live streaming.

4) Package content to DASH and HLS format to suit DRM integration with FPS, Widevine and Playready.

5) Encoded video should playback on android and iOS devices with chromecast and airplay feature enabled.

6) Optimize bitrate and encoding to suit maximum compatibility with older and newer devices while maintaining least latency and fast playback without compromising on quality of the playback.

7) Use of ffmpeg, shaka packager, bento4 or mp4box in linux environment.

8) Preferred language is node, bash and python.

9) Provide documentation regarding use of the script.
