Editing a Video Contest Wordpress plugin

Had bought [url removed, login to view] wordpress plugin for a video contest.
Below are the following tweaks to be done.
1) Browse button to upload videos directly to server (The script allows only youtube links)
2) Only admin should have access to upload video.
3) This is for internal usage within the company, where users mail the video to the admin and the admin uploads it online for the employees to vote for the best video. The IP address of all the users would be same, and the script should allow voting for the same video multiple times from the same IP.
Need this to be completed asap today. The plugin script will be shared. Need the output as a whole wordpress installation (using migrate plugin or whichever) so that I can install on the clients server directly.
