Fix issues in Joomla Website

I have some small issues to fix on my Joomla website (T3 Template):

1. In T3 template I cannot setup multilanguage navigation menu. I want to implement multilanguage menu without duplicating the template. I want 1 template for all languages.

2. Remove the yellow line on top of the advertising banners on the homepage.

3. No time appears on the K2 articles. It shows 00:00 for all articles instead of the real hours of publishing

4. "Featured" option in K2 articles does not work properly. While I set articles with no Feature, they appears as "Featured" in the blog.

5. In the blog, change design of the "Subscribe to the newsletter" and "latest articles", more details by chat.

6. Language switcher does not work (nothing happens when I click the languages) and it does not appear properly in the header (the font color should be white, also the switcher does not work)

7. In Blog articles the "Related articles" section does not look nice. I want to change design. More details by chat.

8. In Blog articles the "Comments" do not appear while the option is activated for the category.

9. In Blog articles I want the published date to appear like this: "Published on October 11, 2015 at 09:49 CET" (should be multilanguage friendly)

10. "Featured" image on blog articles is not appearing properly in the corner of the image

I want to fix those issues today.
