Fix my Wordpress blog

We have an issue migrating our website off of Amazon web services to Go Daddy. The overall website works correctly, but the word press blog is not functioning. We created a new database which was an export of the amazon version. We think the issue is located in the wp_config file located in the blog directory. Troubleshooting has already been done, but we have full back-ups of the blog and database if you need to start from square one.
