Fun with flags - add language 'manual' chooser to PHP page

I have this existing page using two letter country ISO codes:

Now I want an option for user to manually change language using a small Javascript picker.

Here is the list of supported languages for our site:

Here is an idea to get flag icons:

Note currency should go along with language by default.

i.e. for language de choose EUR or for ru choose RUB

I will provide you with SQL query as we have that information in database

We'd also like to name languages. Use the English name - we will provide a translation function so it corresponds to select language (i.e. Estados Unidos when Spanish is chose for English). You may need to map the two letter language code into a country.

Your job is change create JS chooser, add flag icons, change PHP page.
