Looking for a WORDPRESS expert to put finishing touches to a holiday exchange website

About 80-85% of the website has been completed based on a theme bought from Themeforest - which has got very high downloads. This means many functionalities are already built in and plug ins available for most functionality ready in the theme. The site is already uploaded to our godaddy server and runs fine but too slow for the moment. (website address will be given to the winning bidder to see what it is about)
Some functionalities are missing and the developer that made the site has quit the company they were working in – hence this post to help complete the website
Some functionalities that need to be added/switched on for the are:
Ability to exchange OR sell the holiday – currently the functionality has been enabled to do only one of the two – this is CRITICAL to enable
Ability to see the price of the holiday after searching – this functionality has to just be enabled (it was visible during the development)
Ability for the resort owner to delete older requests and requests for dates that are not available
Holiday filter has a couple of minor functionalities that have not been enabled
Ability for customers to cancel the holidays they have booked if they decide not to go on holiday (within a certain time after booking)
Payment gateway like stripe to be enabled – the functionality is available on the theme already, but complete integration is not done
Sorting and filtering of holidays needs to enable a sliding scale to show your budget range
Currently payments for exchange are manual – we need to automate that
Choice of currencies – Euro/USD/GBP for holiday bookings
Also a few minor fixes and bugs that might come up while implementing this.
VERY IMPORTANT – whoever wants to bid on this has to give us a FIXED price rather than a per hour price as we are a startup and paying out of our own pockets. All things will be explained for you to alter your final bid price BEFORE we award the project. If the scope changes AFTER the initial development, then we are willing to look at a per hour cost for a few hours after the initial development is complete
WORDPRESS experts with 5+ years experience and good ratings only need to bid – and those who have experience in dynamic sites where content will keep changing need to apply – experience with travel/holiday/tour websites will be of great help – we want to see your showcase before we award
