Implement MRBS (MySQL room booking system) on WP-based website

I need MRBS ([url removed, login to view]) implemented on my website ([url removed, login to view]). It will be a password-protected implementation on a WP-based site.
Purpose
Provide online booking facility for 3 meeting (counseling) rooms. Needs to be very simple UI as some of the users are not very technically minded.
Parameters
* Booking rooms for whole hours (default) or at half hour intervals and for blocks of up to 9 hours, with weekly/daily repeat options.
* Ability to 'lock' a booking after a deadline. E.g. today's bookings cannot be altered except by admin after 8.00am.
* Ability to make rooms 'unavailable' on a regular or custom schedule.
* Ability to report on total hours booked per user per week/calendar month. This is for billing purposes. I'm currently using [url removed, login to view] for billing (that may change), so the output should preferably be in a compatible format (e.g. MYOB or Quicken .csv or .xls )
