Insert ready-made captcha to my registration page

Hi freelancers,
I would like to install a ready made captcha-form to my registration page (which is currently not live and only on my xampp-setup).
The captcha that will be used is from Github:

All I want is for you to install this on my regstration page and produce the error saying "Wrong captcha, try again" if its wrong. And also add all the settings listed at:
[login to view URL]
So I can play with them.
If possible... I would like that the captcha link is hidden and cannot be abused. If possible, I wish to forbid direct access to the captcha link like this:

If you know PHP it should be straight forward according to my friend. Anyone?
