Please take a look at and study the attached document. The site we need will allow students and tutors to have lessons on a virtual whiteboard within the site while using chat, audio and video features. Tutors will have profiles, and students will message them on a free chat system before paying Stripe to get minutes and be allowed to enter the lesson space (whiteboard) with the tutor.
All potential lesson scheduling challenges and whiteboard lesson timer issues are addressed in the document.

I need a developer to meet me face to face in NYC so we can discuss the details and look at some functionalities together on my mac desktop computer in my residence.

The developer we need does NOT do any of the following:
-breaks promises ("this should be ready for you to see today at 7pm", then writes "no this is not going to be ready today")
-uses unprofessional words like "let's try to", "maybe", "could be ready" , etc.
-disappears
-not answering calls or messages
-answers calls or messages occasionally
-prolongs/postpones work until 1-2 months pass with no work shown
-provides misinformation about their development competence and skills; tries to procrastinate in order to subsequently hire others to do the work they said they will do by themselves (offshoring or outsourcing work to outside and questionable developers)
-asserts "yes this is all possible, they just do not know how to do it" to complex parts but later showing they are incompetent, yet still keeps promising successful work
-keeps lowering prices to encourage us to stay with him/her and remain patient

We are extremely serious about this project. The budget we suggest (15k and up) may satisfy the major requirements we will agree to develop and add the secondary features later as we maintain our long-term relationship.
We need this done in 2-3 months and need to start ASAP. Additional details will be discussed or provided at the time we initiate our first online discussion.
NOTE: we will require at least 3 months FREE maintenance period (bug-free warranty) from you after the site is successfully launched.
