Need a few adjustments on my wordpress site

Hello Freelancer!
I just transferred my newly designed site from a development sub-folder to the main url. In the transfer, a few things shifted out of place and there are three small tasks that I need done:
1) In my donate section ([login to view URL]), I have an image in the background of the top section behind the donate module. I'd like for that image to extend from the left end of the screen to the right end of the screen, but I'd like for the module to stay the same. See attachment.
2) The video in the site has messed up since moving the site from the subfolder to the main url. It was where when you clicked the video image on the right, the video itself would expand to cover the whole row and start playing. Please note that the video did not go above or below its set row. Right now, the video still is not clickable and the video is showing up below the row. I want to change this back to how it was intended to be.
3) I'd like for the bottom row (which is divided into two columns) to extend out where there is no margin on the left or right. Basically, the left column to have no margin on the left (so it gets to the end of the screen) and the right column to have no column on the right.
