Need wordpress expert to reskin a function with new filters

Hello, currently i have an accomodation rental website, however i want to ADD a new section for cars rentals. So its not just home rentals, it can also be for cars as well. This will mean the front end, search page, product page, backend and the invoice of payment sections will have to change for car options and filters. I need someone who is an expert and can do this very quickly.
the functionality for property rental is there already, all we need to do is make new tab and section in backend and front end for car rentals with the car rental filters
Also, will need you to copy the current source code and put onto another server i have, so nobody is working or touching on live version.
