Online Employee Scheduling Software

Looking for an online scheduling application similar to the links below. Need to be able to have a backend where I can login and create "sub accounts" for other business we own. Basically type in business name, address, phone, email etc and then it will send a code to whatever email I put in with a link, and that manager can click the link and add employees etc and do there scheduling.
The scheduling app needs to have/do the following:
-Enter employees with there contact info and pay rate
-user friendly / easy to use / navigate
-can go ahead and create schedules for future weeks
-be able to print neatly
-departments for positions and be able to add/edit them (server, cook, manager etc)
-must have an employee messaging system so employees can msg each other and send -message globally to everyone in that business.
-time off request. employee can click button and it will show on a "time off request" report, send msg to management/admin and automatically mark it on the schedule/calendar with there name and that they requested off
-swap shifts. employees can swap a shift with another employee that has same job description. Once they click on the person they want to give there shift up to, it sends a msg to the management/admin and they must click approve.
*to make all the options/features easier to understand, there are similar/same apps already out there. Its basically a copy/similar app as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] to name a few. can also google "employee scheduling online". I need it to work the same/similar to these sites with all the same features.
site also must work on mobile phone browsers. I would also like to create an iphone and android application in the future.
