openkm set up in windows

I did set up openkm CE in windows and want someone help to:
1) enable bulk uploader / or drag and drop file;
2) configure to allow to use OCR;
3) install openoffice and allow to online edit in browser;
3.1) ensure office document can be opened and saved;
4) i have sutiecrm and want to see if can write up any script to allow to view file from suitecrm to openkm.
