Im looking to have the attached process automated to include:
1. Doctor Accounts (permissions) that can execute the attached process and have Calendar reminders to doctors as illustrated Plus have doctor signature unique to each doctor
2. Patient records backend extractable and searchable on DB with the ability to create a unique patient number that is linked to national ID number, email address and phone number.
3. Prescriptions, lab request form and referral forms exporting to email and download as seen on sample attached.
Lastly, admin/system backend should be able to
1. view patient data in background
2. export patient records
3. separate records relevant to doctor or patient or region
4. change, add, remove fields on the forms.
NOTE - the information a doctor types in appears on middle section of the form sample attached.
