Description: We have a local database that contains texts from thousands of user feedbacks on certain product. The aim of this project is to use keyword and Google universal-sentence-encoder to filter out only the relevant feedbacks to display on a local page for further analysis.
Deliverable: a. python scripts to parse the text from MySQL and store the results back into MySQL
b. php script that will display the results in a local webpage.
c. a brief description of the usage of the software, if needed

A few changes are made to the project:
1. Please use python script to display the results instead of php, you can use existing python web framework such as tornado.
2. Google universal-sentence-encoder can be added later as an add-on project.
