. The plugins will be checked if we need or not. There will be no plugins installed who take up a lot of server load.
4. WP Rocket plugin
. The WP Rocket plugin will be installed and optimized.
Customer Experience
Once the website is loading fast, we have achieved 50% of essentials of customer experience.
Additional Essentials:
1. Implement wishlist feature
2. Implement email cart feature. This will help reduce the abandoned cart number because the customer can get the items in his cart emailed to him.
3. Implement variations swatches
Checkout:
1) Create a seamless checkout experience. Too many people are abandoning the cart. The options should show PayPal checkout or checkout using any debit/credit card. The option to sign up should be optional. The PayPal is already set up. So no need to touch on that.
Apple pay, Alipay should also be available as payment options.
3) It is not fully mobile compatible. The main issue is that on a mobile device the color/show does not change with a color/size selection. The images are also not appearing in one good standard size on the website. Make the mobile site 100% seamless.
4) When the website opens on larger screens, the menu options don’t appear correctly. I don’t think it is set up properly. As shown below the “jackets” should appear above the jacket picture. This happens when the menu is opened on different screens.
5) Add product variation images. See illustration below:
6) The plugin named “dot store plugin”, “Woo advance product size chart” does not work. I added a size chart for the a product, but the size chart option is not appearing on the product page. Please fix this.
