Research on video ad project

I need someone to research and write us a report base on a few factor.

You may need to be a programmer and SEO skills in order to have the knowledge to research and report this project. Please only post me RELEVANT things you have done, no blind bid, reply with details/questions please.

We have a website going to launching soon. The website has a mobile app that allow the public to signup as member and upload video reviews. (public can see the videos without signing up) When the user upload the video via the mobile/web, we will have it cache under our server, we than need to send this video to either youtube or facebook. After that we will delete it from our server and we will link the video to either youtube or facebook.

NOTE: The whole ideal is to make use of these platforms storage and also earn money from their advertising campaign.

1: Youtube and facebook have APIs, what are the pro and con's when we send the video to them, which is prefer? max allow size? problems we will face? Will we be ban if we upload 10000's of videos? whats the max allowed videos? we need to queue our sending? Any charges on api ? Bandwidth calculation/consideration?

2: Youtube and facebook both have ads earning campaigns, what are the options available? any restrictions? each video what is the Min/Max revenuer like? Can we add our own advertising video on the front of the video 5 seconds than play the content? Are we breaking their terms and condition?

3: summary on which should we use, or use both? How can we successful integrate with this 2 companies. provide links to show api docs and ad campaign docs to support what you say.
