Scrape Weather Website for Hourly Data

Hello,
I need this completed ASAP!
From the following link (as an example), which represent 1/1/2016, [login to view URL]
At the bottom of the page there is a section called Hourly Weather History & Observations,
I need the following data pulled from 1/1/2016 - 12/31/17 for all 23 hours of the day,
- Date (in MM/DD/YYYY format)
- Time (or hour of day and should produce vales from 0 to 23; 12:XX AM should be 0, 1:XX AM should be 1, ... , 11:XX PM should be 23)
- Temp (in F)
- Wind Chill (in F)
- Humidity
- Visibility
- Precipitation
- Events
- Conditions
Please provide me the final output in an Excel document; 732 rows in total which includes a header; so each day will have 23 different records for each hour of the day. I would also like the code you used to produce this file.

Here is an example of what I want the final output to be.
I noticed that information may be capatured more than once per hour, say 1:22 am and 1:52 am so the output will probably have more than 732 rows.
