Set up of wordpress price comparison website

Hello,
This is a very straight forward project. I require a price comparison website created using a specific theme and plugin, linked below:

The purpose of the website will be to display golf equipment available from a number of specific online retailers in the UK and Ireland through affiliate API's.
The project will require the following work:
1. Install both theme and plugin to my own hosted domain
2. Set up each affiliate API (up to 20 affiliates) in the back end of the theme's settings so that all products I wish to be displayed are displayed.
3. Assign categories to the products so that they display in the correct pages on the website.
The freelancer must have excellent english as to communicate with me regarding the project.
I will provide the theme files, the hosting, the domain and all login details required
