Small changes on a WP based website

I need some small changes to a Wordpress Template on my new website.

These are the changes I need to get done.

- Header Background black
- exchange the Video on the front page with a slideshow function (see here: [login to view URL]) and please delete the loading-stripe on top and put it right below the navigation without any space
- logo on responsive header (the one that appears on top when you scroll down) a it bigger, filling more from the black space
- the search button on the upper right side: the magnifying glass should be white, same size as social media buttons on left side and also have a small line so it looks like you can type something in
