Some customizations of a ready installed Magento script

I have installed a ready custom Magento script (Apptha Airhotels) on [url removed, login to view] and need some further customizations:

1. In category grid and list view price should be shown with "from" (before) and "per night" after. Also respectivly should be shown the attributes of " city " and "country" ( separated by comma, after titel) and the value for the Category ('propertytype') should be displayed (in separate line).

2. Facebook Fanbox from 'Vivacity' is installed. The fanbox should be displayed on csm pages (right side column) and category pages (left side column). Unfortunately it does not display correctly in the sidebar (only in main content). Please fix it!

3. In the "Book it" section (see attached screen shot [url removed, login to view]) in the number of guest-drop-down is default value "1" . Please change default value to "2" guests!

Also in the „Book it“ section: replace the second datepicker (date of depart) by an dop-down with number of days (stay) handled by attribute (so we can use it for price rules). Attribute exists already ('daynumber'). Please note that the price calculation will be performed correctly after this change! (If this task brings a lot of problems and raises your bid, please Bid with and without this point)

4. The script ('bookorrent') comes with onestepcheckout (included), but for some reason it's not enabled for the checkout process. I don't know why. Please solve it and activate one-step-checkout.
