Synchronize Google contacts v3 with Mysql table

Hello,
The project is to create a php script to synchronize Google contact and mysql table contacts with v3 API.
The user must have a choice before synchronize.
1/ Add, update and delete [login to view URL] contacts who are not in Google contacts.
2/ Add, update and delete Google contacts who are not in [login to view URL] contacts.
3/ Add just new contacts who are not in the two parts.
User is already connected to Google account and we have his token session in cache.
