Users submit their due date and time through an order form. This data is then processed and displayed in an admin panel. The issue is that if a user from another timezone than the admin's time submits a request, the times would be off which creates an issue. Your job is to get/request the user's time zone and store and display this next to the time in the admin panel. Then you must be able to convert this time into the admin's time in another row.

User enters time in their timezone (GMT+0): 4:41PM
Admin then views time in their timezone (GMT-5): 11:41AM
