URGENT: Bugfix prestashop issue: products not displayed on brand, category or price-drop page

Hi! I need urgently help on this issue, as we do black friday promo. I hope you can help me now.
issue: on clicking on a brand page (sometiomes also category pages and alot the price-drop page) it displays an error, no products displayed (we changed the text of the error, so the customer reloads maybe the page).
to me this happens all the time on a first visit. then after reloading the page once, sometimes all is fine. but customers will leave the page.
