- Users can upload vidoes, they must select a choice of category (multiple parent, child categories)
- Currently they can only select the categories that area available on the site
Adding subcategories during upload process (that can be approved or edited by admin in admin area)
Users, during video upload should be able to select category.

There is a function that you can upload an Excel file with 5 levels of parent child categories, and it populates the available selections in categories.
