Woocommerce changing the restriction shipping plugin

Hallo,
We are using the WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin, which aim is to block shipping for products with certain shipping class. Purpose for that is tha fact, that sometimes products are so heavy that we are not able to define shipping costs to some countries. So we set up shipping classes. Very heavy products have certain shipping class.
Client, who want to buy those porducts, during checkout is informaed by the massage, that shipping is impossible, because we need one day to set up the shipping costs.
But problem is, that we do not have order or any info after blocking the shipping by plugin about the Client, his e-mail or anything to contact him afterwards.
We need such a change in plugin working or some additional change, that we have some kind of roder after blocking the shipping.
