set password on invoices pages in admin; set password on server database folder; only one admin can view/delete/change invoices

add page for selecting 4 tariffs; tariff blocks enabled/disabled/adjusted from admin; generate pdf invoices for selected tariff; calculate invoice amount based on selection date; save invoices in admin and user pages; send email to admin and user with invoice; generate Excel/XML files for registrations; generate files 5 days before month-end; no files if no registrations on a day
- BANK DATA FILES:
on 1 st of each month; generate excel and xml files; with bank data and amount to pay; one file for all users
