Wordpress site gone down after auto-update

Hi,
I have a wordpress site that has gone offline with wordpress auto-update. Can't access admin too. When plugin folder disabled can access site but not admin. I need someone to fix this and make sure all active plugins are working as expected. I can send you wordpress admin and ftp details. Thanks
