We already run the line with Blister PVC film with various thickness ranges 120 micron to 500 micron. film. ( Application food & pharmaceutical packaging's.)

Present status : Process flow chart : Manual feeding of PVC raw materials -- high Speed mixer -- Cooling mixer -- Buss kneader -- Calender line with diameter 610 x 1800 mm width (4 roll inverted L) --Take off rollers -- Embossing roller -- Cooling roller -- Electronic thickness measuring system -- Winding station.

> Product has successfully launched in the market since last 1 year.

>Process difficulties : 1)Manual feeding of PVC material. 2) No consistency of calendar feeding from Buss kneader. 3) Variation of temperature in calendar & cooling line. 4)Ambient temperature control (overheating of processing environment).

> During fire accident whole heating and cooling units for calendar and cooling rollers burn out and need to be replaced with new advanced technology.

> Need assistance for following difficulties 1) Install new heating cooling control system for whole line (from calendar to winding station) 2) New two roll mill is available but need to install and bring in practice 3) Sophisticated and operator friendly material dosing system - Need technical & practical guidelines. 4) Technical and practical guidelines for new product developments (e.g. Rigid, soft & Credit Card PVC films)
