Fix a python script using pysolr (Solr)

I have a working python script that uses pysolr that works fine. When I try to make a similar script that gets 2 argv from stdin, it does not work. I am using filter query to limit the results to a certain user id (user_id).
The values that are inputed from stdin is the query and the user id.
I have provided both working and non-working scripts and schema.xml.
The fix should be simple, I think I am missing something. The script needs to work with Solr 6.3.
