reading and writing data from excel files on a Linux system using django/python

My project was designed on/for MS Server 2016 where I had to read data from an excel file, process them then output the result into another excel file. I had to move the code from MS Server 2016 into a Linux base OS. and now the code isn't working. I need help with converting my code in [login to view URL] from Windows os to Linux os.
